Don't Live In Salem Its Crack House City!!!
Delaware is a nice place to stay, there are a lot of Apartments there but it's about a 35-40 minute drive to the plant, and you have the Delaware Memorial Bridge to cross (which carries a toll), and traffic on weekends. DELAWARE is happening, there is a lot to do.


Laura's Glen Apartments on route 47 in Pennsville is a very nice place, and they will provide furnished apartments if needed. It's about 14 Miles, 22-25 minutes from plant.

William Penn Village Apartments 595 Tulip lane New Castle, DE 19720 302-328-5400 29 miles from the plant. Fellow roadie claims he got his deposit back.

Hillcrest Apartments 856 769 2747 These apartments are located in Woodstown, NJ which is by US Routes 45 and 40.

I stayed at the Days Inn in Bridgeton last outage at Hope Creek. (Oct. 2001). A few people said they heard bad things about it (crime, etc...) but there was never a problem. Pretty close to the plant...nice and clean enough and pretty quiet. Just a bit old. They have weekly rates for rooms with a fridge and twice weekly maid service. Extra towels and stuff are always available for no extra charge.
There is a liquor store/Deli on the premises (great cheese steaks n' stuff) supermarkets and restaurants nearby. And no bridges or tolls on the way to work.

It has everything you could want but a pool,FREE WEIGHTS,EVERY MACHINE and treadmills,stepers,bikes,arobics,sauna,steam rooms,     if any of you have the energy to work out,after working 6-12's

I have stayed at the knights Inn in pennsville it was the worst experience ever the manager was nice but his wife was a rotten bi*** who didnt care about anyone but her self. The beds are as old as the motel and stained and very uncomfortable. the drains drain slow so your standing in a ouddle of water when showering. they don't wash towels they put them in a dryer with fabric sheets to make them smell like they were washed. the manager walks in every room every day even when you ask them not to. in the fall of 2010 it cost me $370 a week
