2. VOGTLE WILL BE HOME TO ONE OF THE WORLD’S MOST ADVANCED REACTORS. Aren't they building 2 reactors? What is the matter with the other one?

It's a duplicate, so at that point, it will be 'old' technology?

"The new units are the first new reactors to begin construction in America in more than 3 decades."
Seems I recall a similar undertaking up yonder in Jenkinsville SC. I thought maybe a word play on "new", but that project met both criteria. Hopefully a Rx. engineer will be calculating a 3 decade change in Rx. power in 2021/22, but after the total debacle at Summer, .5 full approach is tough to do. If my reference to rx. power change was erroneous, please forgive me as I am retired and was just a lowly RP. I seem to remember its a SUR thing, Rx. period, yada, yada. Jerry Jones is investing heavily in natural gas - he knows shit.
