my understanding is that oyster creek and nine mile one are the only boiling water reactors with more than two reactor coolant system recirculation pumps...am i right?...how many?

You are correct, both are BWR-2 with a Mark 1 Containment. They both have 5 loops with no jet pumps. I'm not sure as to whether they use variable speed control on their Recirc Pumps.

do riverbend, grandgulf, clinton, perry all have inclined fuel transfer canals...are there others

the canal at GGNS is not inclined - pool inside and out are the same elevation.
