I have just added the News section back to NukeWorker.com You can find it from a tab at the top of every page labeled "News". Or by visiting this link:

Nice looking section. A fine job, I must say. :)

I like it a lot. Found a bunch of interesting articles. Thanks, Mike.

Excellent, who's doing the updates...SLOGLO?
-
It's all computer automated.
If there is a subject not listed that you would like, let me know.

I've updated the news feed on the home page. It is MUCH MUCH better than it was.
I'm also working on a news feed for each nuclear facility, here is a sneek peek:

Do YOU like the new news feeds?
-
Excellent! I am supposing that each story will have a link to the source?
-
Um, did you click on the title?
-
I'm used to seeing the finger when I cross a clickable link. This one doesn't until I actually click on it. Tricky. I still love it!

It's a little trick to prevent the search engines from seeing the link. It's what they call "page rank bleeding". The more links to something (especially from a cool site like NukeWorker) the higher a site ranks. -- If they rank higher, that lowers us, unless of course, they link back to us.

Ah! Ha! Thanks for the info. I bow before your geekness. I wish I was half as computer literate as you. Keep up the good work! Kudos all around.

As soon as it's working.

Mike I have found that my habits for scanning NUKEWORKER have changed since you added the News section. I seem to spend more time in the news than in PolySci now. Excellent addition I have found a number of articles pertinent to me over the last month. THANX

Great looking news section... put me out of work! :D
-
I have found a few interesting news articles as well. One was about a hospital in my home town, that over radiated people... but it was the "good" radiation, so every thing is ok...
-
I am thrilled with the new news! (Not to be confused with the infamous gnu gnews!)
;D

I have fixed it so there is a hand when you hover over the link.
