Apparently, even in Utopia, outspoken blowhards exist. So this dude spends a large part of his life making millions and inflicting nuclear industry damage as a greenie wonk. Now, as nuclear starts to be more mainstream with the insurge of money that will accompany it, he seeks redemption for his sins.
