I've pulled quite a few people into the D&D arm of the industry, from the plants and the environmentals.  I'd name names, but most of them have just started respeaking to me and I don't want to jeopardize that!   ;)

None of the above. My sister got me into SONGS in '93.... good ol' Frank H. It was supposed to be just one outage and then back to college (Boise State.. go buckin' Broncos!!) and here I am 12...13... no... 14 years later???? (has it REALLY been that long?!?) (good grief!)

Wouldn't change it for anything!
:)

OK my bad how many of you were FOB and called your bro back on the ship to get in.
When NSS Hired me I told them they had to hire the old lady to.

All these people and now one helped you get in not even an FOB?

One reason I didn't answer this one when it first came up is you are asking two different questions. Is it 'who did you get in' or 'who got you in?'

A friend's father got me my interview with Hittman Nuclear in early 1974, which is how I got started.

I got one brother, four friends and one girlfriend (who became my wife and then ex) started, most of them in 1976 and one in 1979. I think I am the only one still in the business on a regular basis.

Got my brother his first decon job at IP2 in 87. He didn't have much luck. He got mugged twice there. He didn't have much appreciation for a job for someone with no education. He's now an unemployed rock star in Central Fla.
Got my future ex-wife out of the K-Mac ranks at Catawba and went on the road. She made SHP but now she slings hash at a greasy spoon. Hey, I tried.
