Title: Drafter
Post by: bigtopsteve on Jun 01, 2012, 01:41
I am currently a drafter at a fossil fuel plant and have applied for a NLO job within my company. Does working as a drafter or at a fossil fuel plant prepare me in any way for nuclear? I take the POSS test shortly and have looked at some practice tests. I know this question has been asked but I wonder how many correct answers I need in each section. The test itself does not look to hard but the time limit is brutal on the math section. Any thoughts or comments would be apprieciated.

1. A good drafter should bring a clean Staetler eraser for filling out the POSS test.

2. Knowing how many right or wrong to have on the test won't help you pass. Get as many practice test questions as you can, practice as fast as you can, find your weak areas and drill some more!

I have an old elctric drafting eraser, I will just have to remember to bring an extension chord.
