I need more detail than that. What errors are you receiving? What screen are you on. What operating system are you using.

Try rebooting your computer.

You will need to either:

1) Use a desktop/laptop
2) Install a 3rd party program on your tablet that supports flash.

If you are using an apple tablet, here is a link to a fix:

If you have an android tablet, its the same basic thing, you need to install a 3rd party app that supports flash.
