Title: Bruce Power - NOIT Progression

I was just wondering if someone could shed some light on how the progression works as a NOIT for Bruce Power. I was told that there is an initial 3 months of training - but I'm curious how long it takes to go from Nuclear Operator In Training to Nuclear Operator. Also, how do the step progressions work and approximately how fast can you move through them? In the interview process I asked questions, but I didn't think to ask all of these at once. Thanks!

I'd take the general overview of how OPG training works as well. Any information would be great just to figure out what happens during the first few months and beyond!
