So I'm a prior ELT, and I'm being flown out to California to interview for a position as a chemical and radiation protection technician and on the schedule of interviews there's an hour that just says "Test". I've been out of the navy for about 3 years now just being a full time student, so I'm a bit out of practice if the test is reactor principals or anything too technical. I'm just curious if anyone has any insight as to what this test could be like, as well as possible field related questions the RP and Chemistry foremen could be asking in the interview afterwards? Thanks

Can't help on the interview questions, but it's my guess they want you to take the NUF.
Good luck; that's a great plant to work at.

No its not a civilian ELT pretty much

well, that's the exact wording from the foreman who turned me onto the position in the first place. Clearly I'm just a bit new to this but thanks for the input (?) i suppose. Can't help on the interview questions, but it's my guess they want you to take the NUF.

I will look that up, thanks

start with normality and molarity and wind your way thru anything else in that direction. Avogadro's number anyone?

LOL dude I was an ELT and I have 4 ex Navy Nukes working for me. SOMEONE brings up Avagadros number every day!

Every day? Are they starved for other conversational topics?
