I cant get the chat thing to work, I dont know if my settings are wrong HELP?????

Chat isn't 24/7. You can only chat when hosted. I will check into it.

Chat WAS 24/7

We have disabled the chat option, as security issues were discovered with the program.

Chat was never popular, so it was not replaced.
