Hi Ezra, welcome to the forum! It sounds like you've got a solid collection of calibration software and a lot of experience with Thermo Fisher equipment. For your HandECount and ESP-2 software, your best bet is usually contacting Thermo Fisher directly or checking specialized third-party resellers who handle legacy instruments. Some user groups and calibration forums also share older software legally for hobbyists. As for equipment sales, that depends on the forum rules, so check the site's policies—many forums allow it in dedicated buy/sell sections.

ALARA has been under attack long before Trump's election. The HPS has been picking at it for a half-dozen years and the most of their HPs are in agreement that there isn't data supporting controlling the lowest levels of exposure.  There are multiple papers recommending it be adjusted.

Who didn't know this... radio-hormesis  ;)
