No one needs to put their pay rate here but what is the average payrate for Operations Instructors at your utility?

Where I was, $100-120k, plus $12-15k SRO cert bonus ($3k based on annual recertification performance, the other $12k was guaranteed).

It is, but I found as an instructor that I prefer operating to teaching in a classroom, especially when I'm trying to teach something I've never done.
