ANO (Arkansas Nuclear One) / Short Term rental close to ANO plant

We have a short-term rental property at 149 Bunker Hill. It is currently used for an AIR BNB but we are also offering it for monthly rental to ANO workers. It is fully furnished and is on the lake. It is 5.1 miles from the home to the ANO plant. The rental amount is $1550.00 per month, this does include all utilities, wifi, and trash service.
