One of my nieces* recently told me that a big letdown (and relief) of her Growing Up Experience was realizing that her Brave Uncle Buffalo wasn't in ACTUAL hand-to-hand combat with Giant Fleas & other Nuclear Monsters....

*by coincidence, the one who, as a 2-year-old, knighted me Uncle Buffalo when she saw me next to the bison cage at zoo during one of my non-shaving phases...
