FEMA shipped multiple 50 MW "portable" TG sets to Puerto Rico,...
you can only tie in so many megawatts in so many places,...
the Russian barge although interesting, only puts out 70 MW,...
pretty limited use scenarios, Puerto Rico hardly qualifies,...
