How many plants are union?  And if so are NLO's and RO's union?  Is Ops in the same union as maintenance, facilities, HP, Chemistry etc?

A1. I don't know the specific number.  Some are and some are not.

Q2. "And if so are NLO's and RO's union?"
A2. No if the answer to Q1. is no and Yes if the answer to Q1. is yes.

Q3. "Is Ops in the same union as maintenance, facilities, HP, Chemistry etc?
A3. Yes.  But, not all the dept's you listed (and didn't list) will or necessarily be union.
