If I were to build a NukeWorker app, what features would you want? Off the top of my head, I can think of these:
Moble app:
GPS Directions to plant.
Upload Photos to plant photo gallery.
Site/app – trip advisor for area.
-
Looking at those some preliminary ideas, I'm sure I can actually add those to a Mobile page, and not have to build an app. I navigated to those options that are already on the site and was able to use them. Now I just need to make them easy to navigate to on a mobile device.

Check it out:

A list of directions for all the nuclear facilities, so your phones gps will take you there. It works on my android, it 'should' work on apple phones, ESPECIALLY if you have Google maps installed.
I need to make a mobile theme for the photo gallery to make uploading easier... but this is a step in the right direction.

I even added a redirect to take mobile phone people to the mobile page first, yet allows them to return to the regular home page if they prefer.
-
I would love some feedback, whether it's working for your phone/tablet or not.

Using the Redirect:
Facilities worked well, although the image was to tight for my screen and I had to scan around to find the facility site.
Upload a picture would not work; would not Browse or recognize files keyed on.
Using Directory kept giving Error message.
I'm using Windows phone. Hope this info helps. However I have not had problems using the "old" internet site.

Thank you for the feedback.
Do you have google maps installed on your phone? (Is that even an option availablew to you?)

I have Google and AT&T Navigator apps installed, but not Googlemaps as a stand alone.

Try installing Google maps and see if that helps:

Also, what site did you have the issue with, maybe its not the map, maybe my DB has the wrong coordinates.

BV and BAPL were all I tried.
Installed Googlemaps (I needed another app- yay!) and still same situation. Resolution is great. Locator arrow is about a quarter mile off screen. It is just displaying at one click too big for this screen.

Now that you have tested the Google maps app, you can uninstall it if you want, however, I feel its the best map and navigation app out there.
It's odd that you are having these troubles. I have tried it on android, chrome book, windows and windows tablets so far, and the maps work fine on them.

How come no one else is testing it and posting?

Anyway you can push that app to an IPhone?
-
It should work on the iphone. I decided to just make a mobile friendly web page (no app to install). You SHOULD see that page when you visit NukeWorker on your iphone web browser. If not, visit: http://www.nukeworker.com/m to get there.

I just tried it out. My first problem with it is when I go to the forum section I don't have the option to "view unread posts since last visit". I don't know about everyone else on here, but that is what I click every time I visit the forum.

How come the NUF practice test won't load via my android tablet?
