Hmmm in my mind taking the written as soon as the practical is over is the best way. Because they were worried people would fail ours they kept moving it until finally we did ours about 30 days after the simulator and JPMs. It was ridiculous and the people that ended up passing the exam are the same ones that would have passed it anyway. I always say TVA gave me the opportunity to get a license in 27 months that it would have taken me about 9 months to get on my own had I been trained in the simulator and self studied :)

This is the exam that Pat H is taking right?

Thanks. I am relieved to have passed the audit and realize that if the NRC exam is anything like the audit, it will be very tough.
