Title: Dosimeter for accelerator tunnel monitoring?

Hi!
I am want to discuss detectors (manufacturers) that can measure radiation produced by 5-20Mev electron accelerator which has beam pulses at 1Hz frequency ( ie beam current  200pC/sec).
Saying another way beam with 200pC charge and (5Mev) hits the matter each second (ie. beam dump) and I am interested what
detectors can measure  radiation produced by that beam. If someone knows such dosimeter (with price 5000-10000$) and can advice I will be very appreciate.
Expected radiation level will be 10mc/Sv-3000mc/SV/h

I would contact the Sales Department at intrumentation companies.  Ludlums.com would be a good place to start.

Vahan,

You must be referring to the Advanced Research Electron Accelerator Laboratory (AREAL) at the Center for the Advancement of Natural Discoveries using Light Emission (CANDLE) institute main building.  Great picture of you on the staff page there.  Wouldn't Dr. Khachatryan or the guys over in the Lasers and X-Ray Instrumentation Laboratory have the answer?  Perhaps colleagues over at YerPhi, they have a long history of accelerator physics.  There is no reason to reinvent the instrumentation wheel, when you already have detectors for this, no?  Worst case scenario, use what they use at CERN.
