Title: PHQ Background Question
Post by: Rwall56 on Mar 26, 2015, 12:58
I have a PHQ background question for anyone that may be able to help.

I am going to be filling out my first PHQ in the near future and had a question about the background check. Back in 2003 when I was 18 I was arrested for Credit Card Abuse(Felony). I was put into and completed a pre-trial intervention program for people my age that had no prior record, to avoid and type of jail time or probation. I completed the program in 9/2005 and have not had ANY issues whatsoever since then. There was never a conviction on my record and the case was dismissed since I completed the program successfully. I also paid an additional $1k and had that record sealed through the Fort Worth, TX Tarrant County judges office in 2012 once the statute of limitations ran out. I am now 29 and have an opportunity for job advancement that would require me to be granted unescorted access at a nuclear facility. Would this disqualify me? My credit is fine, no DUI's or drug charges/arrests.

Thanks in advance for any insight.
