Title: monte carlo variance reduction

help!
i am a navy nuke getting my b.s. in n.e. at oregon state univ.  i have a presentation to make on monte carlo techniques for depletion analysis.  i've already found some journals on the subject, but was hoping to hear more about it from this community.  much thanks!
