Title: Nuclear power worker training resources
Post by: dclements on Oct 07, 2017, 12:43
As a former IT worker, I would often have to train for various IT certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Java programming, etc, and would study several books and compile a small database of terms, sample questions/answers, and similar items to reinforce what I already know and help determine how ready I might be for certain certification test. Recently I entered into a program for A.S. degree in nuclear power in a nearby college and have been wondering if there are similar certification test for this industry too. And if there is if anyone else has consider composing similar databases as there are for IT certifications.

Perhaps if there was such resources it might make certain material easier to learn for newbies (such as myself) to this field.

If you have specific questions, ask. If you have issues grasping certain concepts, again, ask. Someone will help, although others will poke fun at you. Otherwise everything is plant specific except GFES.
