What about the rest? WPPSS, Midland, Zimmer, Perry2, Seabrook 2, et. al. Then there were those that were licensed, but never started - Marble Hill, Douglas Point, Charlestown, Palo Verde 3+, STP 3+, et. al. And those that were shutdown early - IP1, Zion, SMUD, Humbodt, Ft. St. Vrain. And those the started up late or had suspended operations.
