I have the gold membership but it’s not allowing me to take the quizzes.can you tell me if I need to pay for something else. Thanks

What does it tell you when you try to take the quiz?  Do you have flash enabled, what operating system are you using? Have you read the pined help topic? 

Do do not need to pay for anything else.

I can't access the core exams. just a green screen. I'm a gold member
