I need the CEU's to keep up my various licenses.  Are the courses
approved for any continuing education group?

These are OSHA classes.  If any other OSHA class will, then these will.  If other OSHA classes will not, then these will not.  I am not familiar with your CEU courses, so I do not know what they accept.

CEU's are Continuing Education Units.  It is a point system made up to qualify for continued education and development in order to maintain licenses or certifications so that one doesn't have to start from scratch.

In my experience, most online courses identify the CEU's in the course information.

Some organizations use PDU which are Professional Development Units.
