Title: Joe Pallai
Post by: Motown homey on Jan 28, 2004, 05:34
Maybe some of you that worked at Pilgrim in the eighties will remember Joe.  He worked as a house tech when I got there in 83, and as an HP Supervisor from '85 to '90.  He moved on to the Corrective Actions group and worked there until he took a Voluntary Severance Package in October and retired.  Weeks later, he found out that he had fully metastasised cancer.  I got the word that he passed away last Saturday.

Life sucks - it's not what I want for retirement!

I worked with Joe at Pilgram in 84 and he was my Leading ELT on the USS Spadefish 73 to 75.  He is gone to soon. Sailor rest your oars.
