Title: Looking for good head hunters
Post by: bryan melssen on May 11, 2008, 05:04
I am looking for a good head hunter or two.  I have been in the Industry for a couple of years and am looking for a long term position.  Most of my experience is RP, procedures, and Corrective Action Program.
Can anybody provide me with a contact or two?

I have had recruiters pretend to look, and almost get me an interview..... but once, I went to a website with lots of blue on it, clicked the tab marked JOBS in red, posted my resume, and got a nice long term remediation job that led to another job that made me happy. I'll bet you could find it in 3 mouse clicks. Plus, it's filled with Nukeworker sponsors!

My resume is posted and I am actively searching/applying for jobs on nukeworker.com.  I figure the broader the net I throw, the more fish I have to choose from.

A good headhunter... I have in my mind a picture of Diogenes looking for his honest man.

Nice reference!  I suppose it my request may be a bit oxymoronic.

So did you ever find one?  I am trying to find a nuke job in the Southeast, but none of their websites (Duke, SCANA, FPL) seem to have any SRO positions.
