Title: what quals should i get before i get out?

I am currently qualified ERS, SRO, EWS, EDPO, 3MA, QAI, I am the supply LPO and going back to prototype and planning on qualifying TEOOW and MTS. What other qualifications should I get to better my chances of a great paying civilian job?
