Title: IS THE EEI TEST GOOD FOR DIFFERENT UTILITYS
Post by: Nick08 on Nov 03, 2019, 12:45
Does anyone have any experience with this? Will a company use your test scores form another company? If so what company's was it?

That depends on 2 things.
1: Will one utility release it to another? DTE won’t. They paid to give the test so they will not release it. The test is for their benefit not yours.
Other utilities such as TVA will release your scores to another utility if said utility ( not you ) ask.

2: Will the utility accept scores from other utilities? Entergy accepts them. So far as I know TVA and DTE do not though that might have changed.

It also depends on how long it's been since you took the exam.

How long are the results good for before the test needs to be retaken ?
