Title: Jeff Hadl
Post by: PWHoppe on Jul 18, 2006, 08:23
Recently a long time house tech from Palisades Plant passed away. He was a good tech, and a good friend, and will be missed by many folks. It is sad when someone passes on but it is somehow worse when they are so young.

Jeff I will miss you and I know that God is holding you close.

Jeffery Alan Hadl, 58, of Coloma, died Friday, July 14, 2006, at Lakeland Regional Medical Center, St. Joseph.

Jeff was born April 3, 1948, in Berwyn, Ill., to Clyde and Pearl (Andrews) Hadl. He married Joyce Wescoat in Monticello, Ind., on June 6, 1969. He attended Purdue University until enlisting in the Air Force during the Vietnam War. He served in the Air Force from June 1970 until July 1977 as a Nuclear Measurement Technician. Jeff attained the rank of Staff Sergeant and served in San Antonio, Texas, Denver, Colo., Sacramento, Calif., and Fairbanks, Alaska. He returned to college as an adult and received a B.S. degree in electronics technology from Sienna Heights College and an A.A.S. degree in drafting and design from Lake Michigan College.

:'(  Jeff was my first boss.  He always had a way of getting his point across.  I hadn't seen him in some time, but have fond memories.  Thanks for the posting, Pat.
