Who is the prime for the D&D project?
I know BHI is soliciting for HP staffing.
Will the same same hindrances be imposed as Chalk River (paid Canadian dollars into a Canadian bank account)?
I have researched that the rx bldg will be back-filled with grout (five story bldg underground). Time line for D&D is unknown.
