I still like my idea of leasing Mexican property adjacent to the border in SW Arizona. very stable soil/geology for storage. Wipes out the permitting issues. Desolate on both sides of the border. Probably would have to build a special highway to the location for AZ. Adds another layer of protection to the border which everyone is wound up on. Gives Mexico a revenue stream. Per the article, no one will ever bring it up or consider it because they're all being paid big tax dollars to store it on site. They get paid and they don't care. Politicians can get campaign dollars from the same on-site waste storage groups. The article is right.
