Many facilities pay some sort of premium for NRRPT cert.  Well worth it.  And well done!

Value?  I'm not sure what you want to know, but in my experience, it usually gives me a little extra in my pay check, it has opened the door into some plants that wouldn't have been opened without it, and it usually gets me out of taking the NUF/NEU exam at most plants.

In my experience, the NRRPT saved me from having to take the NUF or Core tests. It usually topped me out in pay for outages, made my resume more attractive for jobs, and it opened the door for higher paid, more professional jobs.

Congratulations you guys
