Title: Exit Interveiw

Trying to find out about getting my exit interveiw from a plant I just left, I felled to get it before I left, any suggestions on this matter.

Typically they will send you something in the mail.You can then express any concerns you may have.Good, bad or indifferent.And you can bet they will follow up on anything you tell them..

Should receive propaganda by mail. You can fill it out and sent it in with or without your name. And yes, they will react.

You can fill the form out and they will respond but be aware they keep the forms on record and sometimes they will refer to them if you want to come back.  They say that it can't affect you because it is required by the NRC but that is not always the case.
