This is a reprint from a notice posted by Indian Point HR:
"The Company regrets to announce the passing of Teddy Wasilewski. Teddy was a Bartlett Nuclear Buildings and Grounds employee for 2 1/2 years at Indian Point.
Teddy passed away unexpectedly last night. Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife, three children and fellow co-workers during this very trying period.
Funeral arrangement information will be sent via a separate email.
Our deepest condolences go out to the Wasilewski family."
