Post by: midwatchcowboy on Apr 30, 2009, 09:06
English Russia (http://englishrussia.com/?p=2660&from=rss) has a translated blog entry with photos of a large Russian plant.  Enjoy.

Would you rather be 50 miles from Smolensk or Detroit, though? ;)

Below the photos of the "Modern" plant was a link to their old "portable" reactors. I have been through this site before there are some pictures of the Kursk and other submarine related photos if you look for them.

I noticed that the author of these photos states that the plant runs on Uranium 255!?!?  ;)

Yeah and that 255 must not work very well if that big of a plant only makes 3 megawatts. ::)
