I forgot to list a period of unemployment on my PHQ. I already mailed it in. It is ever too late to change something on a PHQ? I figure it's not a big deal to get it corrected, but I don't know how security is about making changes after you already submitted it. Thanks!
Full disclosure is a big deal. I'd send them a letter or email with the correction.
