For anyone wanting to stay current on your NNPTC news...

Congratulations to all 22 of the newest NNPTC chiefs who now wear their anchors. 10 MMC's, 5 ETC's, 5 EMC's and 2 YNC's. I was fortunate enough to attend the pinning ceremony and it's certainly an event that starts to bring out the diggit in a young sailor.

It's Quantum Mechanics.... the ETCs have plenty of Strange but negative Charm, and the EMCs are mostly Down spin...   ;)
