You can now upload into any album on the site. If you want to create your own album, click on "Admin Mode" then "Create Album" to create your own Picture albums!
Here's the response from our folks in Washington who review information before it is posted on the web site. As you probably know, we initially removed some information from our website after 9/11/01. Information was restored only after it was thoroughly reviewed.
