Why not just search the internet?
Only you know the right kind. Again, search the internet, there's all kinds of great information out there, easily accessible, and easy to understand.
BTW my daughter was standing by me when I posted it and her exact words were "Why doesn't this fool search the internet?"
I'd just start with http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuclear_power (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuclear_power) , follow some of the hyperlinks as they are mentioned in the article, find what interests ya. When you need more specific info, let us know!
If I had to bet on one, I'd try this one. I found some, but they are for nuclear engineering students.......

This one is good for a basic read for those transitioning from NNPP to Commercial:

Search Half.com.
Basic equations, mostly good reading material that will look vastly familar to anyone who has gone through GFES.
I found the section on hot channel analysis and peaking factors to be useful.
