Terry passed away on November 20, 2004. He had been out of the business for quite a few years. He was always a contract HP tech. Beaver Valley was his home plant.
:(Worked with Terry many moons ago at the Beaver Trap. Terry seemed like a good guy, always seemed to have something good to say and was always laughing. There were a lot of good guys working at the Trap in the early 80's too bad we dont see these guys for years and then here about something like this. Terry could not have been very old. Maybe 50! Wonder what happened? Jerry Silvio was another one. Jerry was a real talker, but was a good guy who would help you any way he could. Too bad these guys are gone. :(
this says it all ...
"life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of
arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but
rather to skid in sideways - chardonnay in one hand - strawberries in the
other.... body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming - WOO
HOO! what a ride!"
i'll miss fer a long time, bud. :-X
I also worked with Terry at Beaver in the early 80's. He was one of the many good guys there. My heartfelt prayers and best wishes go to Terry's family. It is always hard to lose a loved one, and maybe even harder during this time of the year.
