When I log into the site and click on the quiz it takes me to the test but does not open. I tried this with them all and unsuccessful. Happened yesterday too!
You need flash.
Skip and I both have been running the NUF for the last two weeks on 4 different computers. Now the quiz hasn't run for the last two days.

Did that fix it?
Mike, the quiz is still not loading. HTTPS... After about a minute it goes to a fatal error screen and says the skin failed to load, also says the file may not exist of may be corrupt. Thanks for youre help.
What kind of computer are you using, what operating system, and what browser. It is working for me, so I am going to need a few more details.
Just to make sure, you are logged in, and have flash, right? Try clearing your cache AGAIN. (https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic)

Thank you for the info.
All of my computers have Internet Explorer 11 on them... So I cant test the site in an older version.
Try a newer version and see if that fixes it:
Internet Explorer (11): http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/download-ie
Firefox (32): https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
Chrome (38): https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95346?hl=en
