safer . . . smaller . . . cheaper . . . fewer safety systems . . . this ought to be giving INPO nightmares.

I see the biggest hurdle to emerging nuclear technologies being the lengthy and prolonged process of getting a design reviewed and approved by the NRC. It seems by the time something gets approved 10 years later, we're already well behind the developmental curve.
