okay, why will no one use MOX?

I get it's a problem in BWRs,...

but it is controllable in PWRs and the new cost is subsidized because Uncle Sam has the commitment,...

unless Uncle is going to reneg,...

which could be okay, it would have been better before the billions were spent,...

why not sell it to the ChiComs?!?!?

get some money back, maybe all the money back eventually,... :-\

The plant modifications, TS, and Licensing changes are enormous. It was a great idea that will never happen.
