China's Nuclear Power Plans Melting Down

QuoteDespite these advantages, China has had little export success so far. In part, this is because there are fewer markets open to new nuclear. Such markets are typically found in developing countries where the financial risks are greater, and where governments have tried and failed to launch nuclear power programs themselves.
That's funny, maybe they are having trouble exporting because their QC/QA standards can't be trusted. Just try to sell a component or pipe to a US Nuclear Plant that was made in China and see what say. ;D
These are the people who build entire cities filled with nobody. Who knows what they are thinking. It may be brilliant planning or there may be no rhyme or reason to these decisions based on what the rest of us understand. I guess it is pretty simple to them to throw up a skyscraper in 2 weeks, but nuclear plants a bit more complex! Don't they need ghost power to power these ghost cities?
