the only opposition comes from the overarching federal government perception that one size fits all needs,....
the ustate plants versus Indian Point are seperated by 260 miles, 3 major river valleys, one significant mountain range, and multiple decades of societel norms and economic mores,....
Cuomo is what he is, he is doing just fine with the NY nukes, just as a New Yorker should,...

Apparently the object lessons from back in 1977 when Indian Point went off line during an amazing thunderstorm causing New York City to black out has been lost. Geographically, New York City is an island. Another spate of similar bad weather, as has occurred in the past, would remove electrical power from the city . . . again. Go for it, greenies.
