Even after Fukashima, the ROK takes the educated stance with nuclear power and nuclear industries. They understand the gains far exceed the perceived fear (as is the present US stance). I'm impressed.  I was surprised by ANL trending that the ROK is downloading versions of RESRAD twenty times more often than any other country.
