"Most Nevadans oppose the Plan."  Enough said, don't spend a dollar on it, let alone 120 million.  Their politicians may sucker more of my tax dollars to restart the non-operation for supposed jobs, but there will NEVER be a single truckload delivered in our lifetimes.  No ironclad approval from all controlling parties allowing shipment; no way I ever table this hopeless site as an option. Run a CBRNE exercise there and blast the damn thing closed.  USA was burned once on Yucca, not again.
