Title: Interview with SRNS
Post by: chewett1 on May 22, 2017, 03:26
I recently graduated with an associate degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology. I had a job interview with SRNS during the first week of May. It was for Radiation Control Inspector. I was told it would be 4 weeks until I was contacted about my status with this position. My references were contacted 3 days after my interview. I have no prior experience in this field besides my education; however, training will last for a few months. I believe I left a good impression on my interviewing panel. What should I expect now?

You should expect to wait a week or two longer, at least. You interviewed less than three weeks ago. Just hang tight.

I'd guess since they're taking the time to contact your references, you're still in the running.

I just graduated with an associates in Nuclear Technology as well. What approach did you make to getting a job? Do you have or know of a list of companies to apply for?
